Contact

Questions, corrections and press enquiries all come through the form below. It reaches the person who writes and edits the guides — there is no support queue in between.

What this form is good for

  • Corrections. A price that has gone up, a museum that has changed its closing day, a bus route that no longer runs. These are the most useful messages we get. A link to the operator’s own page helps enormously.
  • Gaps. Something about Copenhagen you expected to find here and didn’t. Several guides on this site exist because a reader asked for them.
  • Press and permissions. Requests to quote, cite or syndicate material from the site.

What it is not

This is not a booking service and not a travel agency. We cannot reserve your hotel, buy your Copenhagen Card, get you a table at Noma, or change a flight. For anything involving your own booking, the operator you booked with is the only party who can help.

We also can’t answer “plan my trip” requests individually. The Copenhagen itinerary guide is the closest thing to that, and it is free.

Response times

Messages are read within a few days. Corrections get acted on first; general questions may take longer, and not every message gets an individual reply. Nothing sent through this form is added to a mailing list — there isn’t one.

    In an emergency in Copenhagen

This site cannot help with anything urgent. In Denmark, dial 112 for police, fire or ambulance, and 1813 for the medical helpline. Lost passports go through your own country’s embassy in Copenhagen.
